I am so happy you have chosen My Lash Lady to be your service provider.
We will be working closely together to achieve the look that’s calling your name, so I want to make sure you and I have shared expectations of our relationship, starting with reservations and cancellations.
COMMUNICATION
My preferred form of communicating is Text messaging, but you may absolutely call if you'd like. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME. I'll never see it. The best way to get my attention is via texts. I may not respond immediately but will try hard to respond between appointments and absolutely will get back to you by 9pm on a workday (sun-thurs). If you message me on a non-workday (fri-sat), it's totally ok and I will still respond when I can.
ARRIVAL
Please park in the Driveway. Please be on time for your scheduled reservation with clean lashes, no mascara, no eyeliner, no micellar water, no Neutrogena makeup wipes, no gym sweat; That means bottom lashes too! Clean and Fresh lashes! Lash adhesive does not stick to dirty lashes or lashes that have cleaners on them; So, to get the best results possible, we gotta start out with clean lashes. I do have lash shampoo you can use if you’re coming from work and need to wash up, not to worry at all, just head on into the bathroom and wash those lashes.
CHANGING YOUR RESERVATION
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel any reservation without penalty. You can do this yourself online or text me and I’ll be happy to do it for you.
LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours by text and/or email. Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the beginning of your reservation to avoid being charged up to 95% of your scheduled appointment. A credit card for all reservations will be required at the time of booking and will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you. In turn, I promise to keep reservations on time, give you my full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work southern New Hampshire has to offer!
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your reservation for a later date. For your safety and mine and other clients, please do not come to your reservation sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your reservation may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect no matter what.
EXTRA MAGIC HOURS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash reservation that is outside of my normal business hours. Reservations may be available UPON REQUEST ONLY for an additional $40 fee, Please contact me directly and ask for extra magic hours.
REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services. If you are unhappy with a service, contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and I will do everything I can to make it right.
After 48 hours there are too many variables that I cannot control. I will happily schedule a 1 week touch-up at the regular price.
TIPPING/GRATUITY
My Lash Lady is a No Tipping Salon. If you absolutely feel that you must provide gratuity, Please consider making a donation to a local Women's Shelter or the United Way.
